About the event

Overcoming Procrastination - The Art of Setting and Relating to Goals – Understanding What Holds You Back and Moving Forward with Clarity

We all procrastinate at times. Whether it’s delaying a difficult task, waiting for inspiration to strike, or struggling to start something important, procrastination quietly drains our focus and energy.

Some goals we set for ourselves — others come from outside, through expectations, roles, or organizational demands. Regardless of where they come from, learning how to relate to goals in a balanced way is valuable knowledge that can make everyday life simpler and more sustainable.

This course explores the deeper mechanisms behind procrastination — from emotional resistance and stress to uncertainty about goals or priorities. You’ll learn how to recognize these patterns, adjust your mindset, and find practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.

A key part of overcoming procrastination is discovering how to connect with goals that feel meaningful and realistic rather than overwhelming or abstract. Through guided reflection, you’ll explore how to align your ambitions with your energy, values, and everyday work.
